Not built in by default - you should be able to get an external bluetooth module from Skoda although they are expensive. I have read other posts about changing a module underneath the drivers seat, I know that this is gonna cost a couple hundred quid, but what I wanna I found that if you reset the infotainment screen by holding down the on/off control for 10 seconds the system would restart and the Bluetooth would be on, not ideal but it gets you access to your phone while in the car. This would sometimes last a couple of days, other times just one short journey.
