Not sure what use that would be. It appears to be a bluetooth unit for streaming music somehow, but how effective it would be I don't know. mid: 0. treble: + 8. sub: +5. sound focus: driver. surround: disabled (sounds awful imho) fader: a bit closer to the front. If it's a new car, the speakers need some time to do their best. I started from bass +8 and sub +8. Oh, and you need good source, preferably 320 kbps mp3 or lossless. 192 kbps and lower mp3's sound very poor to my ears.
Hi all, I'm looking at passing on my Fabia to the missus as a good excuse to buy one of the MKii Octavias. I've retrofitted a iOplay bluetooth to my Fabia which I use all the time but slightly disappointingly only the SE connect has bluetooth built in and I want cruise control so the likelihood i
Also need to know which stereo you have. The module connects to the back of the stereo via an extra harness. There's also a microphone that slots into the interior light.
Just in case anyone has had a similar issue. My phone would disconnect from the Octavia's Bluetooth whenever I tried to make a call. I have since turned off "Media audio" in the Bluetooth connection on the phone. It has not happened since (fingers crossed!)

It plugs into the back of the HU instead of the cd-changer plug, and has a 3.5mm jack you can plug into any mp3 player. You press the [CD] button twice to switch to it. Posted 21 July, 2010. If you have the stream mp3 head unit you can wire an aux socket directly in and keep the CD changer.
